Job summary

Pitcher Partners is seeking a Systems Lead to oversee Workday as the core people platform. You will connect People Experience with business stakeholders to ensure reliable processes, data and reporting, while driving continuous improvement and governance across Workday.

You will translate requirements into system solutions, enhance processes, and enable accurate people insights, partnering with internal teams and an AMS provider to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experienced Workday user with HR background and ability to optimise system functionality for strategic decisions.
• Skilled in business process improvement, reporting, and project management.
• Confident communicator and collaborator, able to train others on Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate into practical solutions.
• Maintain governance over Workday processes and manage release cycles, testing, and validation.
• Provide Workday advice, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvements.
• Act as primary contact with AMS provider, triage queries, monitor data quality, and lead small projects.
