Job summary

Workday is seeking a passionate Technical Consultant to lead integration design and delivery for HR and recruiting systems. You will act as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, craft integration architectures, and guide client engagements from scoping through post-launch support.

You will mentor juniors, contribute to reusable assets, and drive improvements in tools and processes while partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, integration architecture, or project implementation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations via APIs for Workday HR and recruiting systems.
• Own the full integration lifecycle on client engagements — scoping, design, deployment, post-launch support.
