Pitcher Partners in Melbourne is seeking a Systems Lead to manage Workday as the core people platform. You will translate business requirements into system solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Experienced Workday user with HR or related discipline, able to optimise system functionality to support decision-making.
• Skilled in business process improvement, reporting, and project management, with ability to build dashboards and support compensation cycles.
• Confident communicator and collaborator, able to partner across teams and train others.
• Demonstrates growth mindset, resilience, and proactive approach to resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate into practical solutions.
• Maintain governance over Workday processes; test, update and validate changes including release cycles.
• Provide specialist Workday advice and support, troubleshooting issues.
• Act as primary contact with AMS provider to escalate issues, manage data quality, and lead small projects.
