Job summary

EML is seeking a Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist to lead the management, development and maintenance of People Systems (Workday) across the employee lifecycle. You’ll provide expert guidance on security, processes and analytics while supporting new technologies and digital learning resources.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise reporting, governance and system enhancements, delivering scalable dashboards and self-service analytics across the business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Workday configuration (HCM and recruitment desirable).
• Experience with Agile and JIRA project methodologies.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and managing escalations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Workday-based People Systems and reporting.
• Provide system governance with the Leader, Remuneration, Systems and Reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to support self-service needs.
• Contribute to the People Digital Strategy and new technology deployments.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure accurate, current content.
