Job summary

EML is seeking a Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist to lead the ongoing management, development and maintenance of People Systems (Workday) across the employee lifecycle. You will deliver governance, reporting and analytics while supporting new technologies and processes.

You will collaborate with leaders, drive self-service reporting, and shape the People Digital Strategy through technology-enabled solutions. This hybrid role offers stability and growth within a specialist organisation.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience (HCM and recruitment would be desirable).
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
Experience with ticketing systems and handling escalations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving to design optimal solutions.
Experience submitting change requests for review and approval.

Responsibilities

Manage and continuously improve People Systems (Workday) across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with leaders to prioritise projects, governance and reporting activities.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs and enable self-service.
Contribute to the People Digital Strategy by researching new technologies and delivering solutions.
Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure accurate, current content.
Develop digital learning resources, maintain SharePoint content and provide training to managers and the People team.
