Job summary

Tennis Australia is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Lead to optimise Workday HCM and related People systems. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, lead testing and UAT, and partner with stakeholders to maximise value from Workday functionality.

You will build advanced reporting, governance and change management practices, supporting release management and contributing to the People technology roadmap. A collaborative, growth-minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

Strong experience supporting and optimising Workday HCM or similar cloud HRIS.
Experience translating business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
Experience with HR technology projects, implementations, upgrades or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the functional lead and SME for Workday HCM and related People technologies.
Translate business requirements into effective system solutions and scalable processes.
Lead functional analysis, testing, QA and user acceptance for enhancements and upgrades.
Partner with stakeholders to optimise People processes and maximise value from Workday functionality.
Build advanced reporting, dashboards and self‑service insights for workforce data.
