Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Workday Support Manager to lead our Workday Support team and oversee the operational management, governance, support and continuous improvement of the Workday platform. This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and reports to the Head of People Services.

You will lead the Workday function, manage incidents, configurations, releases and vendor relationships, while strengthening governance, data quality and security across a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous Workday experience is essential in a large or complex organisation.
• Experience supporting, administering and optimising Workday HCM and security.
• Ability to lead, govern and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
• ITIL Foundation qualification and Workday certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Workday Support team.
• Manage Workday incidents, service requests, priorities and escalations.
• Oversee platform configuration, business processes, security, data and workflows.
• Lead resolution of complex Workday issues and manage releases/upgrades.
• Strengthen governance, data quality, privacy, security and audit controls.
• Manage Workday vendor relationships and support services.
• Oversee change pipeline and contribute to platform roadmap.
• Transition enhancements to business-as-usual support and improve self-service.
