Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Workday Support Manager to lead the Workday Support team and oversee governance, security, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform. This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and reports to the Head of People Services.

You will build team capability, manage incidents, releases and deployments, and strengthen data quality and privacy controls while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/HR/Business or related discipline.
• Workday certification and ITIL Foundation highly regarded.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Workday Support team.
• Manage Workday incidents, service requests, priorities and escalations.
• Oversee platform configuration, security, data and workflows.
• Lead the resolution of complex and business-critical Workday issues.
• Manage Workday releases, upgrades, testing and production deployment.
• Strengthen platform governance, data quality, privacy, security and audit controls.
• Manage Workday vendor relationships and support services.
• Oversee the Workday change pipeline and contribute to the platform roadmap.
• Transition system enhancements and projects into business-as-usual support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve self-service and enhance the employee and leader experience.
