Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Workday Support Manager to lead our Workday Support team and oversee governance, security and continuous improvement of the Workday platform.

Based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, you will report to the Head of People Services and drive platform reliability, change control and stakeholder collaboration across a large not-for-profit health and aged care organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous Workday experience is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated experience supporting, administering and optimising Workday in a large or complex organisation
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, business processes, security, configuration and data management
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, workload management and capability development
• Experience managing enterprise application support, incidents, service levels, releases, testing and controlled change
• Strong governance, risk, privacy, security and audit capability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to balance operational delivery, system improvements and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Workday Support team
• Manage Workday incidents, service requests, priorities and escalations
• Oversee platform configuration, business processes, security, data and workflows
• Lead the resolution of complex and business-critical Workday issues
• Manage Workday releases, upgrades, testing and production deployment
• Strengthen platform governance, data quality, privacy, security and audit controls
• Manage Workday vendor relationships and support services
• Oversee the Workday change pipeline and contribute to the platform roadmap
• Transition system enhancements and projects into business-as-usual support
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve self-service and enhance the employee and leader experience.
