Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Workday Support Manager to lead the Workday Support team and oversee governance, security, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform. The role reports to the Head of People Services and can be based at Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

You will manage incidents, service requests, releases and deployments, while driving data quality, privacy, audit controls and stakeholder collaboration across a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous Workday experience is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated experience supporting, administering and optimising Workday in a large or complex organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; Workday certification and ITIL Foundation are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Workday Support team.
• Manage Workday incidents, service requests, priorities and escalations.
• Oversee platform configuration, business processes, security, data and workflows.
• Lead the resolution of complex and business-critical Workday issues.
• Manage Workday releases, upgrades, testing and production deployment.
• Strengthen platform governance, data quality, privacy, security and audit controls.
• Manage Workday vendor relationships and support services.
• Oversee the Workday change pipeline and contribute to the platform roadmap.
• Transition system enhancements and projects into business-as-usual support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve self-service and enhance the employee and leader experience.
