Job summary

Nine is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to support the integration of a major acquisition into Nine’s platform. This 6-month contract reports to the Head of People Systems, focusing on configuring core Workday modules, testing, and deployment.

You will collaborate with People, Finance, and IT teams, handle data conversions with EIBs, and provide Tier 2/3 support for ServiceNow incidents, ensuring governance and security are maintained.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration across core modules (HCM, Absence, etc.).
• Experience in end-to-end testing cycles and data conversions using EIBs.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment across Workday modules.
• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for ServiceNow tickets.
