Job summary

SEEK is looking for a hands-on Workday Analyst/Business Analyst to join our Sydney team. You’ll investigate and resolve Workday issues, manage incidents and service requests, and align stakeholder expectations with practical solutions.

You’ll move between operational support and business analysis, perform root cause analysis, document requirements, and contribute to platform stability and continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday environments.
• Strong Business Analysis experience within complex enterprise organisations.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests and support queues.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex system issues.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and interconnected systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with business analysis activities.
• Experience documenting requirements, processes and solution recommendations.
