Job Q in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Systems and Operations Analyst to support the optimisation and continuous improvement of people systems. The role administers HR platforms (Dayforce, SuccessFactors, Acorn), builds automated workflows, and delivers HR dashboards using Excel.

You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, contractor management, and payroll compliance, while managing vendor relationships and IT integrations. A flexible 3-days work-from-home arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HRIS platforms and maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to configure automated workflows and manage ticketing systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and HR reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Dayforce, SuccessFactors and Acorn.
• Build automated workflows and streamline P&C service requests via ticketing system.
• Maintain employee records, run data audits, and deliver HR dashboards using Excel.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contractor management, and payroll compliance docs.
• Manage HRIS vendor relationships and collaborate with IT on system integrations.
• Provide troubleshooting, manage user access, and create training guides.
