Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a highly organized P&C HRIS (Workday & SAP) Coordinator to administer and improve HR systems. You will ensure accurate employee data, support system processes, and deliver end-user assistance across the business.

The role reports to the P&C Systems Manager and focuses on data integrity and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to HR system projects, maintain documentation, and enable smoother HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS/HR Operations roles.
• Experience with Workday and SAP is required.
• Strong data management and analytics abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and data accuracy focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee and organisational data across Workday and SAP.
• Process and audit employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, organisational changes and terminations.
• Support Workday and SAP system administration, testing, upgrades and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely support to managers, employees and People & Culture stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR reports, dashboards and data analytics.
• Support payroll and finance teams through accurate data management and system integration activities.
• Participate in HR system projects, process improvements and change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements and data privacy obligations.
