Job summary

Optimum Consulting seeks a data-driven HR Reporting Analyst to turn raw HR data into actionable insights. You’ll own monthly HR metrics, including overtime, leave, turnover and absenteeism, and partner with HR to deliver clear dashboards.

Using PowerBI, data from Chris21, Workday and Excel, you’ll maintain and improve reports, respond to ad hoc requests, and ensure data accuracy across the People function. The role is full-time in Brisbane with hybrid work options and a smooth handover to BAU

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• PowerBI knowledge for building and updating dashboards.
• Workday knowledge for data extraction and reporting.
• Month-end HR reporting experience and accuracy in data analysis.
• Strong data analysis and insights skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering monthly HR reporting (overtime, leave, turnover, absenteeism).
• Maintaining and improving PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Responding to ad hoc data requests from HR and the business.
• Pulling and reconciling data from Chris21, Workday and Excel.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR reporting.
• Handing over and maintaining BAU reporting during the contract.
