Job summary

Allura Partners is hiring a Workday Data Lead for a permanent, Australia-wide role. You will own the data workstream across a full Workday implementation, from source extraction through to migration, transformation, validation and cutover, collaborating with the Systems Integrator and internal data teams.

You’ll be hands-on, with senior stakeholder exposure and a clear path into broader Data and AI responsibilities as the migration lands, with hybrid working supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data workstreams on a Workday implementation.
• Strong data migration and ETL expertise.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on delivery experience, not only program oversight.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the data strategy and migration plan for the Workday implementation from source extraction to cutover.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders to inform data decisions.
• Partner with Systems Integrator to clarify Workday field requirements while retaining accountability.
• Work hands-on across the data workstream balancing delivery with leadership.
• Set data governance and quality standards across a sensitive HRIS dataset.
