Cofield Wines, a family-owned boutique winery in the Rutherglen region, is seeking a proactive sales professional to lead wholesale relationships across North East Victoria. The role combines field visits, tastings, and digital CRM activity to grow brand presence and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring sales or hospitality experience, a passion for wine, a valid driver’s licence, and RSA certification.

Formación

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, wine, or FMCG.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Passion for wine and the wine industry, with a desire to continually learn.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Current Victorian RSA (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an existing wholesale customer base across North East Victoria.
• Identify and develop new wholesale opportunities aligned with the brand.
• Present, sell and range Cofield Wines with trade customers.
• Conduct regular in-venue visits, tastings and follow-ups.
• Communicate product releases, vintage updates, allocations and pricing changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, notes and visit history using CRM or sales software.
