De Bortoli Wines Yarra Valley is seeking hands-on Food & Beverage Attendants who are passionate about wine, food and customer service. You’ll be the face of De Bortoli, connecting with guests and sharing your knowledge across our Restaurant, Cellar Door and seasonal Garden Bar, with weekend availability essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable and outgoing with strong communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop wine knowledge.
• Previous restaurant or cellar door experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and authentic customer service
• Provide exceptional table and bar service
• Host wine tastings with warmth and hospitality
• Promote wines, food offerings and the De Bortoli family story
• Maintain a clean, welcoming Cellar Door and Restaurant
• Keep wine, food and other products stocked and merchandised
