We are looking for an experienced Cellar Supervisor to join our Wine Production team and play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality operation of our winery cellar.
Reporting to the Wine Production Manager, you will supervise the day-to-day activities of the cellar team, ensuring production activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with schedules, Standard Work Instructions and site standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands winery operations, enjoys working with people and takes pride in maintaining high standards. You will provide technical leadership, mentor and support Cellar Operators, and contribute to the quality of our wines and the operational efficiency of the production facility.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on winery professional who combines strong cellar knowledge with confident leadership skills. You will be organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operations while supporting and developing your team.
You will thrive in a fast-paced production environment and have a strong focus on quality, safety, efficiency and continuous improvement. You will be confident making decisions, coordinating workloads and ensuring cellar activities are completed to a high standard.
