Vestas is the global leader in wind energy solutions. We are seeking a highly organized Site Administrator to support day-to-day operations at Bald Hills, Victoria and Tasmania.

The role will back the Site Manager and team, handling travel, accommodation, invoicing, and PO generation to keep site activities running smoothly. Join a diverse, inclusive workforce and contribute to major renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience.
• Advanced Excel and Word software skills.
• SAP experience highly regarded.
• Experience in providing project administration to large scale projects.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Autonomous, able to multitask and work in high-pressure situations.
• Understanding of transport/logistics and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accounts management including raising and tracking all PO's for site activities, timely payment of invoices, vendor interface, and site registers.
• Vehicles, accommodation and travel bookings and tracking for site needs.
• Inbound/outbound freight including spares, goods receipting and freight management.
• Meetings and minutes, accurate capture and filing of records.
• Expense reconciliation including corporate card and expense registers.
• HSE facilitation including PPE ordering, training and equipment bookings.
• Compliance with Vestas policies, KPI reporting and general administration duties.
