Job summary

Vestas is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our wind farm in Queensland, Australia. You will manage service maintenance teams, ensure schedules are met, and deliver energy to the grid while maintaining a safe on-site environment.

The role reports to the Site Manager and involves mentoring the on-site team, coordinating with the Site Planner, and maintaining strong client relationships to meet KPI targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical trade certificate is required.
• Cert IV in Project Management or an HSE discipline is preferred.
• Strong MS Office and SAP ERP experience; exposure to service-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site safety to required standards.
• Achieve wind farm performance standards.
• Provide clear direction to service personnel.
• Maintain good working relationship with the customer and key stakeholders.
• Provide mentoring and transfer of knowledge to the team.
• Maintain Safety KPIs within nominated targets.
• Ensure service and maintenance activities undertaken by Technicians adhere to Vestas HSE policies.
