Job summary

The Cordina Group in Girraween, NSW is seeking an experienced Injury Management & Return to Work / Safety Coordinator to join the WHS team. You will coordinate return‑to‑work plans, manage workers' compensation claims and support day‑to‑day safety activities across the site.

Reporting to the WHS Manager, you will work with injured employees, practitioners, insurers and HR to drive early intervention, appropriate duties and sustainable recovery while helping strengthen a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in return‑to‑work coordination, injury management, workers' compensation or related WHS coordination.
• Formal Return to Work Coordinator accreditation or recognised training.
• A WHS qualification such as a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate return‑to‑work plans and manage workers' compensation processes in NSW.
• Liaise with injured workers, medical practitioners and insurers to facilitate safe and timely returns.
• Develop suitable duties and rehabilitation plans aligned with medical recommendations.
• Maintain confidential injury management records and documentation.
• Support incident investigations, risk assessments and workplace inspections.
• Contribute to WHS policy communication and risk control implementation.
