Job summary

Agri Talent is recruiting for a WHS Lead to take ownership of safety across several southern NSW farm operations, with regular travel to Narrabri. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role offers autonomy to strengthen safety practices, build relationships with farm teams and drive practical WHS improvements.

You will conduct site inspections, risk assessments and investigations, maintain documentation, and coordinate training across the business, ensuring compliance with legislative

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent with practical WHS experience.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, investigations, and compliance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with operations teams.
• Reliable, organized, and able to own tasks to completion.
• Willingness to travel between farm locations and work hands-on onsite.
• Experience in agriculture, horticulture, manufacturing or similar industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive WHS initiatives across farm locations promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations with corrective actions completed.
• Maintain WHS documentation, procedures, registers, and reporting.
• Collaborate with farm managers and employees to identify hazards and improve safety.
• Coordinate safety training, inductions, and compliance activities.
