Greensill Farming Group in Bundaberg, Queensland, invites applications for an experienced HR & WHS Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of Human Resources and Workplace Health & Safety functions.

Reporting to the Head of Business Support, you will own HR and WHS frameworks, guide managers and staff, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across diverse operations within a locally owned agribusiness.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in a HR and WHS management or advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, workplace relations and HR practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining WHS systems, policies, procedures and risk management processes.
• Sound knowledge of incident management, investigations and injury management.
• Experience coordinating audits, compliance requirements and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear advice and work constructively with managers and employees.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and follow matters through to completion.
• High level of organisation and discretion with confidential information.
• Certificate IV in WHS, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of the WHS management systems.
• Provide WHS advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees.
• Maintain WHS policies, procedures, risk registers and compliance documentation.
• Oversee hazard and risk management, inspections, incident reporting and investigations.
• Monitor WHS performance and coordinate improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Projects & Safety Lead to ensure consistent WHS across operations.
