Job summary

KARLAIDLAW in Melbourne is seeking a commercially minded Wholesale & E-commerce Manager to grow the brand's wholesale channel while optimising its Shopify store. This role blends wholesale sales, account management, new business development and digital trading.

Working closely with the Founder, Production and Marketing teams, you will build strong retail partnerships, identify new sales opportunities and drive online revenue for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.

Qualifications

Experience in wholesale, sales or account management within fashion or a related industry.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of online sales performance.
Excellent organisation, communication and relationship management skills.
Confidence managing multiple priorities independently.
An understanding of contemporary fashion, product presentation and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

Manage existing wholesale accounts and develop new retail partnerships.
Oversee day-to-day Shopify operations, including product uploads, pricing, product variants and collection pages.
Monitor e-commerce performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, average order value and revenue.
