Job summary

Duratec Limited is seeking a strategic leader to head its Mining & Industrial business in Western Australia, based at Balcatta with adhoc travel across the state. You will own and grow a significant WA portfolio valued between $100M and $150M annually, supported by the Executive Leadership Team.

• Provide strategic leadership
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across key mining and industrial clients
• Develop market strategies to expand Duratec’s presence across the resources sector
• Oversee operational performance, profitability and resource planning across multiple projects
• Lead and mentor the project delivery team
• Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence
• Manage business unit budgets, forecasting and financial performance
• Support tendering, contract negotiations and major project pursuits
• Identify opportunities to increase self-perform capability and service diversification within the mining sector
