Job summary

Duratec seeks a strategic leader to grow and own its Mining & Industrial portfolio across Western Australia from the Balcatta office, with adhoc travel across WA. You will drive growth for a $100M-$150M annual portfolio and report to the National Mining Lead.

Reporting to the National Mining Lead, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple operational teams, with 3 Operations Managers directly reporting into the role, while sustaining safety and operational excellence.

• Significant leadership experience within a mining contractor environment.
• Experience managing large-scale mining, maintenance, shutdown or industrial services portfolios.
• Proven success leading operational teams across multiple sites and regions.
• Strong business development capability with an established mining industry network.
• Experience managing substantial revenue portfolios.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capability.

Strategic leadership role with business growth & client ownership

Lead and grow Duratec's Mining & Industrial business across Western Australia.

Take ownership of a significant and growing Mining & Industrial portfolio valued between $100M and $150M annually. Supported by Duratec's Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, business development, client engagement and long-term growth across some of WA's largest mining and industrial clients.

Reporting to the National Mining Lead, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple operational teams, with 3 Operations Managers directly reporting into the role.

What you'll need to succeed

This role is particularly suited to leaders such as Mining Managers, Regional Managers, General Managers or Mining Division Managers currently managing a regional or Northwest portfolio who are looking for broader business ownership, increased client engagement and a larger strategic remit.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Significant leadership experience within a mining contractor environment
