Job summary

Caesarstone Australia is seeking an Account Manager to join the VIC team and manage a diverse portfolio across the West VIC territory, with occasional regional travel. This role focuses on relationship management, territory service, merchandising and identifying growth opportunities for the Caesarstone brand.

You’ll work with Retail Partners, Stonemasons, Builders, Architects & Designers, and will: follow a call cycle, create strategic account plans, drive engagement, and maximise sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the building or interiors industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, friendly and confident client engagement style.
• Ability to manage a varied portfolio and work autonomously.
• Excellent organisational skills and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel across VIC and regional areas with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, meaningful conversations with customers and nurture relationships.
• Create customised strategic account plans for key customers.
• Maximise sales using Salesforce CRM and manage accounts.
• Provide excellent service and coordinate with support teams for issues.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms.
• Merchandise territory with state merchandiser (physical capability required).
• Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Provide product training sessions and represent Caesarstone at events.
• Promote brand at industry events, conferences, trade shows and networking gatherings.
