You will build strategic partnerships with builders, architects and designers, drive new specifications, and grow a robust pipeline through the territory.

You’ll leverage an established A&D network, manage complex commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver sustainable

Qualifications

• Essential 5+ years in B2B development within A&D.
• Established Victoria A&D network.
• Experience selling building products or related solutions.
• Track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM.
• Self-motivated and autonomous with a valid Australian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Victoria's A&D market.
• Identify, prospect and secure new specifications and partnerships.
• Leverage your industry network to create opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements delivering mutual benefits.
