Job summary

Adbri Masonry is seeking a field-based Account Manager to own a regional Victoria territory, building lasting relationships with builders, brickies, landscape suppliers and resellers. You will drive growth across our bricks, blocks and pavers, while coordinating with Campbellfield and Bendigo sites for training and meetings.

With autonomy to design your day, you’ll spend most time on the road visiting customers across Ballarat, Bendigo, Mildura, Albury, Mt Gambier and surrounding areas,

Qualifications

• Proactive and driven with a focus on relationship building.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in selling building materials or construction products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across regional Victoria.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial and residential customers.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
• Develop strong relationships with builders, resellers, contractors and construction industry stakeholders.
• Promote Adbri Masonry's range of concrete masonry products including bricks, blocks and pavers.
• Prepare quotations and maintain customer activity through Salesforce CRM.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and delivery outcomes.
• Resolve customer enquiries and act as the key point of contact for product and service issues.
• Achieve sales targets across revenue, margin, volume, customer retention and new business growth.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to increase market share.
