Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with check-in/check-out and reception enquiries.
• Provide warm, professional service during guest stays.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist onsite inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, treatments, and bookings in the system.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve enquiries for a positive experience.
• Support general administration and day-to-day reception operations.
• Collaborate with the Retreat Manager and team on operations.
• Assist with incoming retreat enquiries and help convert to bookings.
