Job summary

The Park by Revive in Yungaburra invites a warm, organised Concierge Manager to lead guest experiences across a ten-room boutique stay and private residence.

You will oversee day-to-day guest interactions, reservations, and self check-in, coordinating the team and ensuring rooms and common areas are beautifully presented. With owners and a small staff, you’ll shape practical service standards and thoughtful touches that make guests feel genuinely cared for.

Qualifications

• Experience in accommodation, hospitality management or guest services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident with booking systems and digital tools; Cloudbeds welcomed.
• Practical approach and willingness to assist across the property.
• Availability to work a roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest enquiries and communications before, during and after stays.
• Coordinate reservations, special requests and self check-in arrangements.
• Add thoughtful touches and local recommendations for guest wellbeing.
• Work with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and presented.
• Oversee the presentation of shared spaces and commons.
• Coordinate supplies, maintenance and external contractors.
• Resolve guest concerns with ownership of follow-through.
