Job summary

H&H Group is seeking a Wellness Business Development Manager (Field‑Based, VIC) to accelerate growth across the Victoria territory through strong customer partnerships and in‑field execution. You will own sales performance, identify opportunities, and educate on product wellness across pharmacists, naturopaths, and retailers.

You will plan and deliver territory training, state‑based education events, and engaging in‑store sessions while aligning with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management within health-related industries.
• Tertiary qualification in Health Science, Naturopathy, or related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L understanding and ROI-driven business proposals.
• Ability to build and grow customer relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
• Advanced product and wellness expertise to educate Pharmacists, Naturopaths, and retail partners.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven growth planning.
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets across territory.
• Maintain strong customer call coverage and meet service levels with key accounts.
• Promote products in line with brand guidelines and ensure compliant representation.
• Develop territory training plans with Education team to build capability.
• Deliver in-field training to pharmacists, naturopaths, and retail teams.
• Plan and facilitate in-store training sessions for key stakeholders.
• Lead state-based education events, coordinating logistics and content.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand advocacy.
• Track training activity, sales performance, and customer engagement for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities across the territory.
