Qualifikationen

• Experience leading field sales teams in healthcare or FMCG.
• Degree or qualification in business-related area.
• Strong coaching and training abilities.

• Develop and execute national field sales strategies to increase market share.
• Coach Territory Managers to maximise sales and achieve targets.
• Ensure effective territory coverage of major accounts.
• Protect profitable growth through sustainable initiatives.
• Build relationships with key pharmacy groups and independents.
• Educate retail partners on Caruso’s brand in store.
• Identify regional partners for growth.
• Allocate about 50% of time to field travel.
• Maintain Territory Manager CRM records.
• Support National and Regional meetings with clear objectives.
