Job summary

Webstercare, an Australian owned family business, is seeking an energetic Sales/Business Development professional to grow our presence in Victoria and Tasmania. You will manage accounts, drive consumable and software product sales, provide training, and support pharmacies and aged care providers.

Ideal candidates include Pharmacists or Nurses with experience in the Disability and Aged Care sectors, strong communication and time-management skills, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise selling to Disability and Aged Care sectors.
• Pharmacist or Nurse background with knowledge of Webstercare solutions preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts across Victoria and Tasmania with travel.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who has experience in enterprise selling and an excellent understanding of the mechanics of working with Disability and Aged Care as well as community Pharmacies. This role requires a person who loves working in Sales and will support our growth throughout Victoria / Tasmania. Joining our successful Business Development team, this position will be responsible for Account Management, Consumable and Software Product Sales, customer support and product training for pharmacies and aged care. You will be dealing with customers at all levels of responsibility.

IS THIS YOU?

Our ideal candidate would be a Pharmacist / Nurse with strong experience in the Aged Care / Disability industry. Having a working knowledge of Webstercare's solutions will be beneficial.

We seek a highly motivated and professional candidate with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills as well as good computing ability. The ability to effectively manage your time and workload is essential, as the role requires a high level of autonomy.

Reporting to the CEO, we are ideally seeking a candidate located close to Melbourne with a willingness and ability to travel regularly. A current clean Australian driver's license is essential.
