Job summary

St Peter’s Catholic College, Tuggerah invites applications for Leader of Wellbeing Coordinator 2. This permanent full-time role focuses on fostering a positive culture of wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, working with staff, students and families to support growth, engagement and safe learning.

The successful candidate will lead wellbeing initiatives, contribute to Continuous Improvement, and participate in extracurricular life as part of a faith-filled community at Catholic Schools Broken Bay.

Qualifications

• Must be a four-year trained teacher.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child safety.
• Ability to contribute to the school's Continuous Improvement Cycle.
• Proven ability to apply pedagogical practices that foster engagement.
• Skilled in analysing student data to ensure learning growth.
• Experience in creating safe and supportive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead wellbeing initiatives to foster a positive school culture.
• Collaborate with staff, students and families to support wellbeing and belonging.
• Support safe, inclusive learning environments and student welfare practices.
