Job summary

Marist College Bexley is seeking a Coordinator 2 within Sydney Catholic Schools. The role involves leading student-centered teaching in a Catholic learning environment, with a 2-point promotional structure, full-time and permanent, for up to 3 years.

You will monitor wellbeing, track attendance, liaise with families and external services, promote Catholic values, and foster inclusive learning. WWCC clearance is required to commence.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
• Religious Education qualifications or willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy.
• WWCC clearance prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' emotional, social and physical well-being and develop supportive programs.
• Track student attendance and punctuality, address behavioral concerns, and enforce school policies.
• Liaise with parents, guardians and external support services regarding student welfare and conduct.
• Actively promotes Catholic values and Catholic social values in Leadership.
• Maintain strong classroom management and a well-being focused learning environment.
• Create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences.
