• Monitor the emotional, social and physical wellbeing of students and develop programs to support their development.
• Track student attendance and punctuality, address behavioural concerns and implement school policies.
• Liaise with parents, guardians and external support services regarding student welfare.
• Actively promote Catholic values and Catholic social values in leadership.
• Create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences and foster student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead wellbeing initiatives and programs within a Catholic learning environment.
• Monitor and respond to student wellbeing indicators and behavior in the cohort.
• Collaborate with families and external support services to support student welfare.
