Job summary

Holy Cross College Ryde is hiring a Leader of Wellbeing (Year Coordinator). The role is a 2-point promotional post, temporary for up to 3 years, with a full-time permanent teaching position.

You will monitor student wellbeing, track attendance, liaise with families, and foster inclusive, high standards of learning within a Catholic context. The position requires a tertiary Education qualification and NESA accreditation, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and strong support

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring emotional, social, and physical well-being of students.
• Ability to track attendance and address behavioral concerns.
• Strong classroom management and inclusive learning.
• Willingness to obtain Religious Education qualifications per policy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student wellbeing and develop supportive programs.
• Track attendance, address conduct, implement school policies.
• Liaise with parents, guardians, and external support services.
• Create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences.
