Job summary

National 360 is seeking a Speech Pathologist in Townsville to deliver therapy across homes, schools, and aged care, with caseloads tailored to your interests. The role offers telehealth and clinic sessions, flexible appointment scheduling, and supportive supervision to maintain work-life balance.

NDIS experience is a plus; SPA registration is required or in process. A driver’s license and vehicle access are preferred for community visits within our local network.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with SPA registration.
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Minimum 1+ year experience in community, private, or acute settings.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’slanguage, swallowing, ACC,dysphagia,paediatricsor a diverse generalistmixthrough community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local Townsville office.
• Receive strong supervision, PD opportunities and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team passionate about helping the community.
• NDIS experience is a plus, but your Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.
• Deliver therapy across a variety of community settings, including homes, schools, and aged care facilities.
• Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathologyand hold or have applied for SPAregistration.
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• ou have a minimum of1+ yearsof experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have orarewilling to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
