Job summary

National 360 is seeking a Speech Pathologist to manage a tailored caseload across community settings in Ballarat and surrounding areas. You will enjoy flexible appointment options, including work from home or at our Ballarat office, with strong supervision and development opportunities to support your career.

Applicants should hold a Speech Pathology degree, SPA registration (or pending) and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Current SPA Registration (or pending).
  • Full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • Own vehicle and current driver’s license.
  • NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

  • Enjoy a tailored caseload to your interests.
  • Set appointments with flexible options including work-from-home or Ballarat office.
  • Receive strong supervision and professional development support.
  • Flexible full-time or part-time options (3–4 days per week).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, SPs, and physiotherapists.
  • NDIS experience is a plus; your Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are key.
  • Manage your own caseload in homes, schools, and aged care facilities.
  • Participate in team social events and wellbeing activities.

About You
  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • You have current SPA Registration (or pending).
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
