Job summary

LiveBig is seeking Speech Pathologists to join our Queensland team in a hybrid role. You’ll base yourself at home while supporting clients in the community. The team values growth, voice, and authentic connection, with excellent supervision from senior leaders.

This role offers full-time or part-time options, a strong emphasis on client-centered care, and opportunities for development within a compassionate multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• SPA registration is required (limited registration may be considered).
• Driver's license and your own vehicle are required.
• NDIS Worker Check, WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals.
• Provide assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting for clients with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate services.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice
• Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients
• Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members
• Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards
