Job summary

National 360 in Warrnambool seeks a Speech Pathologist to join a supportive, growth-oriented team. Work across language, swallowing, paediatrics, and generalist caseloads with clinic, community, and telehealth options.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with SPA registration.
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in community/private/acute settings; graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload across language, swallowing, dysphagia, paediatrics, or generalist mix via community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
  • Flexible appointment setting; work from home and Warrnambool office participation.
  • Regular supervision, professional development and career progression support with focus on balance.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to deliver community-focused care.
  • NDIS experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Participate in team social events and build workplace connections.

About The Role
  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Warrnambool office.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, early childhood practitioners, and speech pathologists dedicated to making a real community impact.
  • Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Take part in many wonderful and regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You
  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for SPA registration.
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings. Graduates are also welcome to apply!
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
