Job summary

National 360 in Townsville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to manage a diverse caseload across language, swallowing, and paediatrics through community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.

You will enjoy flexible appointment setting with options to work from home or our local Townsville office, plus strong supervision, PD opportunities and an inclusive, supportive MDT culture.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Access to own vehicle and a current driver’s licence.
• NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests (language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a generalist mix).
• Deliver therapy across homes, schools, and aged care facilities.
• Provide services via community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
• Set appointments with flexibility and work from home or Townsville office.
• Receive strong supervision, PD opportunities and supportive team environment.
• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in regular team social events and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

About The Role

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local Townsville office.
• Receive strong supervision, PD opportunities and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team passionate about helping the community.
• NDIS experience is a plus, but your Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.
• Deliver therapy across a variety of community settings, including homes, schools, and aged care facilities.
• Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You
