Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception, booking systems or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear pronunciation and professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Professional appearance and a positive, patient attitude towards all interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, clients and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Answering and directing telephone calls to the appropriate departments or team members
• Managing reception desk duties, including data entry and administrative support tasks
• Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy and welcoming at all times
• Providing general information about the company and its services to visitors and callers
• Supporting the administrative team with filing, photocopying and other office duties as needed
