Our client is a well-established, family-owned automotive dealership located in Western Sydney. With a strong reputation for customer service and a professional, welcoming team environment, the business provides a range of automotive sales, servicing, parts and related customer services.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional and reliable Casual Receptionist to join the team and provide ongoing Sunday reception coverage, with the opportunity to assist with additional weekday relief shifts as required.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent Sunday hours, with the flexibility to pick up additional work during the week.

Sunday hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Weekday relief: 8:30am – 5:00pm, as required
Rate: $36.50 per hour + Super, with applicable weekend penalty rates

You will initially spend time with the existing Receptionist to become familiar with the business, systems and processes before taking on regular coverage.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, friendly and customer-focused
• Professional and well-presented
• Confident communicating with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• Reliable and committed to ongoing Sunday availability
• Flexible and available to assist with weekday relief shifts where possible
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling emails
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Previous reception, administration, hospitality or customer service experience will be highly regarded
