Job summary

Peoplebank in Canberra seeks a Website and Data Management Specialist for a full-time, 12-month contract with potential extension. You will manage website operations, update key data files with IATI compliance, and support governance improvements while translating business needs into technical solutions.

The role requires NV1 clearance, advanced Excel, experience with GovCMS/WordPress, and data visualization skills. Flexible work arrangements and Australian citizenship are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing websites and data portals.
• Strong Excel, data validation, and data integration skills.
• Experience with GovCMS or WordPress platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and website development.

Responsibilities

• Manage website administration by coordinating with external providers and testing backend operations.
• Maintain and update data files underpinning the portal ensuring accuracy and IATI compliance.
• Contribute to data quality, transparency, governance, and use of development information.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions for website and data enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Assist with routine website maintenance, content edits, analytics reviews, and portal risk management.
