Job summary

A recruitment and services company in Canberra is seeking a ServiceNow CRM Data Migration Lead contractor. The successful candidate will take charge of data migration and governance initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure high data quality and compliance within a protected environment. This role requires NV1 clearance due to its sensitive nature, and is expected to run from ASAP until 30 June 2026, with potential for extensions.

Overview

ServiceNow CRM Data Migration Lead (NV1) – Canberra Contract – Join a high-impact CRM program where you’ll take ownership of data migration and governance across multiple systems, driving accurate, secure, and compliant data consolidation in a PROTECTED environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to shape the migration approach, uplift data quality, and ensure the platform is ready for adoption and future growth.

Location: Canberra, ACT

• Contract Duration: ASAP start to 30 June 2026 (with possible extensions)
• Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold a current NV1 clearance
• Closing Date: 10:00am Monday 02 February 2026
