Job summary

Whizdom seeks a website and data management specialist to support the ongoing delivery, maintenance and improvement of an international portal. You will handle website administration, data management, QA and stakeholder coordination while ensuring the portal remains accurate and accessible for the public and partners.

The role requires strong Excel and data skills, CMS/website administration experience, and an interest in data visualization.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and data management including formulas, data integration, validation and pivot tables.
• Experience managing web platforms or supporting CMS (GovCMS, WordPress) including content publishing, maintenance and QA.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to apply a solution-focused approach to problem solving, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Experience or capability in data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).

Responsibilities

• Maintain key data files and data governance practices.
• Support website updates, enhancements and quality assurance.
• Liaise with external service providers and coordinate tasks.
• Ensure the portal remains accurate, accessible and useful for the public, partners and stakeholders.
