You will publish and refine content, monitor performance, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with our team while supporting users and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assess software and hardware needs and recommend practical solutions to technical issues
• Provide support to users by responding to and resolving software and hardware queries
• Customise and modify existing applications to suit user and business requirements
• Source, download and install the software needed for day-to-day operations
• Monitor and optimise the use of applications and equipment to keep performance high
• Set up, configure and roll out computer networks
• Build, update and maintain company websites
• Repair or replace peripheral devices such as terminals, printers and modems
